February 2021, project Owners enlisted C.R. Crawford to help Simmons meet an impossible project deadline in the middle of a pandemic. With an integrated project approach C.R. Crawford led the team and achieved the impossible, allowing Simmons to begin production in October 2021.

Project highlights include:

• Constructed 90,000 SF in 6 months, production began on time
• Kingspan Insulated Metal Panel utilized due to product quality and availability
• Managed and subcontracted complex mechanical systems including ammonia refrigeration, boilers, automation, and robotics
• Project included all types and sizes of stainless steel, carbon steel, and CPCV piping systems
