The Primrose Retirement Communities Catered Living and Care Facility provides a wide range of care options for residents of the facility, which is located in a village-type setting on 22 acres in Rogers, Arkansas. The care facilities include an Assisted Living center and a Memory Care center, both housed in an 89,000 square feet lodge that contains a total of  seventy-four units for those residents who want to blend a more independent lifestyle with some level of care, and twelve 3,500 square feet duplex villas are also available. A clubhouse is centrally located to the villas and an on-site garage houses the buses used to transport residents to the nearby museums, restaurants, and other attractions that are found in Northwest Arkansas. The completed project also feature gardens, wandering paths, and other low-maintenance landscaping for use by the residents and staff.
