Owner Gordon Whitbeck, employees of Whitbeck Laboratories, and local dignitaries recently gathered for a ribbon cutting to mark the official opening of the new Whitbeck Laboratories facility in Springdale. The 7,600 square foot facility houses testing laboratories that provide support to the poultry industry. The laboratories, designed by Stockton Rogers Architecture, feature ergonomically-designed work stations, an abundance of windows, and solar tubes to harvest sunlight for the interior corridors and spaces within the building. The laboratory is located adjacent to a Tyson poultry incubation center that is currently being constructed by C.R. Crawford Construction.
Whitbeck Labs provides complete analytical testing services to the Northwest Arkansas poultry industry. To accommodate industry growth, a new 7,600 square foot facility is being constructed in Springdale, Arkansas. The facility will feature analytical laboratories and employee offices, and is designed to be readily expandable to accommodate future growth.
