We are constantly inspired by the steadfast efforts of K-12 educators to increase excellence in Arkansas schools. Our K-12 appreciation program recognizes the incredible individuals who put in the work to achieve it!

Each month, we will recognize a talented and dedicated teacher, staff member, board member, or volunteer in an Arkansas school. Each selected school superintendent will have the opportunity to identify an individual who exemplifies recognition-worthy traits.

In September, Leigh Ann Showalter, K-12 business development, had the honor of visiting the Des Arc School District to present the award. Superintendent Dr. Marc Sherrell acknowledged Jaime Eans, district math coach and federal programs director, as the deserving recipient of a $100 gift card, a certificate of appreciation, and some C.R. Crawford swag. We tip our hard hats to those that pour into future generations.
