This innovative Public-Public Partnership, between the City of Pea Ridge and the Pea Ridge School District, will result in a 14,000 square foot facility that will house both the City’s and the District’s administrative staffs. The new building features modern office spaces along the interior perimeter of the building with a large meeting area, shared by the City and District, in the core of the building.
