We're honored to be awarded an Excellence in Construction (EIC) Award from Arkansas ABC for our work on The Pendergraft Building. We partnered with project architect @nequettearchitecture to bring this multi-use space to life.Designed for the community and crafted with a variety of custom materials and the best craftsmanship Northwest Arkansas has to offer, The Pendergraft Building is distinctly urban while highlighting the enduring rural roots of the area. Home to office and community spaces, the building blends historic aesthetics with modern appeal and sets the tone for the development of Drake Farms' 175 sprawling acres in Fayetteville, AR. The annual EIC Awards honor innovative and high-quality construction projects and world-class safety programs. We are proud to have played a key role in this incredible project and to be recipients of this prestigious award.
